​HypnoBirthing®​ classes are taught by Certified Educators that are passionate about supporting expectant parents. Mindfulness and connection with your baby are at the center of HypnoBirthing practice.

Good nutrition is emphasized in HypnoBithing, nourishing the the body and the baby in pregnancy, labor, and beyond.

Each registration enrolls you plus one support person of your choosing to attend with you. You are welcome to bring your partner or someone else that you feel comfortable supporting your desire to learn HypnoBirthing® ​ techniques. Ideally this will be someone who will be supporting you during birth.

​During HypnoBirthing® workshops we will:

• ​​Watch calm HypnoBirthing birth videos
• Learn about and practice breathing techniques, light touch massage, and comfort measures
• Listen to readings and scripts about birth and self-hypnosis
• Learn about childbirth, the placenta, and breastfeeding
• Have the opportunity to ask your questions as they arise

Your tuition also includes:

• All of your required course materials. 
  • The HypnoBirthing book
  • A workbook to complete, read between classes, and pack in your birth supplies
  • Digital downloads of scripts, affirmations, and rehearsals to prepare your mind for birth​​​

Light touch massage is a comfort measure that we will practice.

A copy of the HypnoBirthing book is included.

Weekly Workshop Schedule

• ​​​Class 1 - Setting the stage and de-hypnotizing from things you previously have allowed to take up space in your mind. Learn new language and develop new practices that will help you achieve the birth you desire. 
• ​Class 2 - Learn about pre-birth family bonding activities to prepare your mind and body for birth.
• ​Class 3 - Practice self-hypnosis visualization and advance your deepening.
• ​Class 4 -​ Overview and summary of childbirth.
• ​Class 5 - We will discuss the final act of birthing your baby, bonding, and breastfeeding in the 4th trimester.

Classes are best suited for parents between 16 and 35 weeks of pregnancy, but you are welcome to join any class that suits your schedule best!

​Please do ensure that you will be able to attend all 5 dates for the class you select before enrolling. In the event that your instructor must reschedule due to attending a birth, the week following the 5th class in the series will be reserved for a group make up class, on the same day of the week and during the same time frame. ​

​Availability for private make up sessions may be limited due to approaching due dates. A $100 fee will be invoiced for each private make-up session requested by participants outside of the class schedule. Private make-up sessions are hosted by video chat. ​
