Prenatal Breastfeeding ClassesIn this class you will learn how to navigate the early days and weeks of breastfeeding. We will discuss how to know if your baby is getting enough milk, when and how to pump, and introducing a bottle. Learn how to holistically troubleshoot situations such as mastitis, low milk supply, and nipple discomfort. Many parents find themselves under-prepared for their infant feeding goals initially, but with the information you learn in this class you will know how and when to intervene early to keep your milk supply increasing and baby gaining weight.

Postpartum Breastfeeding SupportIf you have already given birth, you may need some support with feeding your baby. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant I help families stay on track to meet their unique feeding goals through lactation counseling, weight checks, tongue and lip tie pre- and post-habilitation, pumping education, and weaning support.

Birth & Postpartum Doula ServicesProfessional doula support on the day of your birth and in the immediate postpartum period is a must for first time and repeat families alike! As a doula I support you both mentally and physically during your birth, offering your partner assistance, guidance, and relief as needed so that they can remain refreshed with more energy right along with you after being well cared for during your birth and immediately postpartum. Postpartum I am here to bear witness to the processing of your birth experience, and aim to help support you in areas that are needed both mentally and physically.

I am dedicated to supporting Oklahoma families with holistic birth support as a doula, student midwifery assistant, childbirth educator, and board certified lactation consultant. I recently spent a year studying to become a massage therapist and look forward to adding that hat to my services when I take my state exam this year.
I am a homeschooling, music loving, guitar playing mama! My husband and I have four children who keep us very entertained with an unending number of musical and theatrical performances to attend. We are blessed to be their parents and look forward to a lifetime of seeing them grow.
