Together we will explore topics that you want to gain more education and insight on to help you design a birth plan using the Motherboard Birth Parent App (a $50 value, included with your sessions!). From the app you are able to invite everyone on your birth team to share your plans and desires easily including your partner, provider, birth doula, childbirth educator, postpartum doulas, and lactation consultant. Or anyone else that is going to be supporting you on your big day and in the early days postpartum!
During two 90-minute one-on-one planning sessions we will work through your unique questions and concerns you have about your upcoming birth. At the end of our second session, you will have a digital and printable, one-page, color-coded Motherboard Birth Plan, tailored to your specific preferences to share with your birth and postpartum team members.
You can feel empowered on the day of your baby's birth with a plan that is easy for your birth team to read, support, and access! - Jessica Cheatwood, IBCLC, RLC, HBCE
